Issue 10 2018

Out with the old and in with the new
The year’s end is the time to reflect on all that has passed. It is also the time to look ahead, to all that lies in store, and how we will build on all that has happened for Polysulphate in 2018.

A growing presence in the FertilizerpluS collection

Polysulphate – in three granule sizes of granular, mini granular and standard - joined seven other products from ICL Fertilizers newly-grouped FertilizerpluS collection.
More events, further afield, higher profile

In response to the increased number of requests in 2018 for our presence we have been sharing the Polysulphate story at more conferences, workshops and field days than ever. From China to Brazil, from Malaysia to UK and from Tanzania to Greece with our colleagues and collaborators we have been on hand to give information and advice to help farmers make informed fertilizer choices based on what we show that Polysulphate will deliver.

Looking ahead and looking good

Our fertilizer products bring good performance to farmers’ fields while our digital development strategy has continued to deliver good things to smartphones and tablets with our new applications and tools.
To add to our Polysul-fit Polysulphate Calculator for rates to apply, we are also developing a new Application for smartphones and tablets. It is a multi-tool combining Polyprofit, a calculator showing the yield boost from Polysulphate, with Polyblend, a tool to create fertilizer blends using Polysulphate for even the most finely-tuned crop nutrition plans. This is all part of our strategy to bring fingertip access to practical information - helping make best use of Polysulphate, whatever the crop or growing system.

Camera, action!

A picture paints a thousand words. It is certainly true that an image of the difference that Polysulphate makes to crops tells a compelling story. We have been delighted to receive more pictures than ever from farmers and our field teams and to share on our website and through social media. Another step for us in 2018 has been to make short films about the places, processes and people in the Polysulphate story - from mine to field. These powerful illustrations will be “coming to a screen near you” in the coming year.

We thank you for all your efforts. We offer each and every one of you, our Missive readers, the sincerest greetings for the season.

We wish you all the best for 2019,
in life and your important work with us in agriculture
