All natural Polysulphate™ for organic agriculture
Polysulphate™ (standard grade) welcomed for organic farming in US and Canada
Farmers worldwide have a new tool in their organic farming tool kit. Unlike blended or compound fertilizer, Polysulphate is available in its natural state: it is mined, crushed, screened and bagged, involving no chemical separation or other industrial processes. The natural way in which Polysulphate is produced also means it has a low carbon footprint. This helps growers achieve carbon targets demanded by retailers and some food processors.

The US and Canada are the latest countries to add Polysulphate to their list of acceptable products for use by organic farmers. In the UK, Italy, and Germany, organic standard regulatory authorities have already welcomed and approved Polysulphate for use in organic farming.

Polysulphate organic country status:
  • UK - licensed as a sulphur fertilizer approved for organic use by the Soil Association and the Organic Farmers and Growers (OF&G)
  • Germany - registered in the list of production facilities for organic farming by FiBL (Research Institute of Organic Agriculture)
  • Italy - listed on the BIO fertilizers register as per D. Lgs. 75/2010
  • EU - compliant with Regulation (EC) 889/2008 governing organic production.
  • USA and Canada - Polysulphate Standard Grade is OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute) listed for organic use.
